From 2004-2008, I attended Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.  There I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Health and Exercise Science with a Teacher Certification specialization (Health and Physical Education, Kindergarten through 12th grade).  At Rowan, I served as the vice-chair for the Student Athletic Advisory Committee for the University, participated in athletics, substitute taught in the surrounding districts and worked for the "New Jersey After 3" program at the local elementary school as a group leader.  Before I came to Shore in the winter of 2009, my previous teaching experience came from my clinical practice which I completed in the Jackson School District (Jackson Memorial High School, Switlik Elementary School).
I hail from Toms River, NJ where I attended Toms River North High School.   I am thankful and proud to be working at such a great school like Shore Regional.  I am currently in my tenth full year at Shore where I teach Senior PE and a Strength and Conditioning section for juniors and seniors.
