    GSName: Gabriel Scalise

    Grade: 12

Role Model: My role models are my parents because they raised me to do the best I can in any situation. To always keep pushing, no matter how tough of a task.

Teacher with the most impact: I haven't had any specific teacher make an impact on me more than others. I want to give all of my teachers, past and present, credit for helping me develop as an individual.  I feel like all of them have helped me become a better student over the past few years.

What do you like most about Shore Regional? It's so close to home and has a fun atmosphere. I've been around the school for as long as I can remember and I am very proud to call myself a Blue Devil.

Activities: I am a captain of the wrestling team, play baseball and also play the trumpet. I've done all three for the majority of my life.

Future Goals/Plans: In 10-15 years, I see myself modifying cars in Texas with Hennessey Performance.

    Name: Nahmir JonesNJ

    Grade: 12

Role Model: My biggest role model to me has to be my mother. She has the purest soul and she is the strongest woman I have ever met. She has taught me so much and she has never turned her back on me. My mom holds a special place in my heart and she will until the end of time. Her words that cheers me up when I'm down, her ability to put a smile on my face at anytime, her peace of mind and ability to understand me so well is truly valued. I truly would not be able to do any of this if I wasn't for this gem in my life.

Teacher with the most impact: I can not specifically name one teacher as responsible for having a big impact on me it was a bunch of teachers collectively that have had a big impact on me. Shore Regional has the best staff ever. The teachers all have treated me with respect and as an equal and I will truly always be thankful for that. Every last one of my teacher from Junior and Senior year have been such a pleasure to deal with I couldn't thank them enough. Mr. A, Mrs. Mooney, Mr. Mullarney. Mrs. O'Connor, Mrs. Secko, Mrs. McGowan, Mr. Whitacre, Mr. Ker, and many more. All names I will remember for the rest of my life. I can honestly say my life could have went any direction imaginable but with the help of these teachers I have been able to pick the right path to walk down and now I see a bright future ahead.

What do you like most about Shore Regional? What I like best about Shore Regional High School is what it stands for and what is means to be a blue devil. As I walk through the hallways every day, I see the characteristics that make up a blue devil everyday and it puts a smile on my face. I see student athletes who take their education seriously and are truly kind souls. I feel like this is possible through the example being handed down by past seniors and has been what has been down since Shore Regional opened up. I feel safe whenever I am inside the thick walls of Shore Regional even though the reception is not the best ;))). I am truly comfortable with the environment and if given the chance one day in the future I would definitely want my children to attend this high school.

Activities: I am currently an active starter for Shore's football team which means a lot because I have learned so much and have been molded so much by this sport I can honestly say it is a big part in who I am today. I am a member of the Student Advisor team which is a group of students who all share the same common goal which is the betterment of Shore Regional in any way possibly.

Future Goals/Plans: In 10 years I see myself with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science under my belt and beginning to become comfortable in my career, whatever it may be at that time. I see myself expressing my passion for computing, I see myself happy and well off in life. What means the most to me for my future is happiness. So often we hear stories about people who work tirelessly all day or go through constant hardships in life. I want my future to be filled with happiness because no amount of money, flashy cars etc, can buy ones happiness. I would hope to be as happy as I am right now 10 years from now.
