    Name:  Gabrielle GiglioGiglio

    Grade: 12

Role Model:  I don't necessarily have just one, there are so many things people want to aspire to be and achieve. I find most the things I want to accomplish are things to look up to... more than one person.

Teacher with the most impact:  Mrs. Bertolami, my teacher for 3d Art. She was always comforting and there for you as a teacher, and class was always fun. She continued to make it fun for me for 4 years and is the type of teacher that gets to know you.  I feel that she's always there for you to.

What do you like most about Shore Regional? The 3d Art class.

Activities:  I played field hockey and sadly this was my last season.

Future Goals/Plans: In ten years, I see myself working in a hospital/outpatient radiology.

Personal Quote:  Discipline is doing what needs to be done, even if you don't want to do it.

    Name:  Angelo PradoPrado

    Grade:  12

Role Model:  My role model is my family. Every one of them inspires me to be better in a unique way. Their personalities and actions teach me how to love, fight, and care for others. Every day I am motivated to do my best because they believe in me.

Teacher with the most impact:  The teachers that have had the most impact on me are Mrs. Fagen, Mrs. Sher, Mrs. Mazza, Mr. Rankin, and Mr. Mauro. In their unique ways, they have taught me their subjects and how to be a better person. Mrs. Sher's dedication to the Spanish language inspires me to discover new cultures, and her preoccupation with her students teaches me to go the extra mile for others. Mrs. Mazza's enthusiasm to teach AP Calculus inspires me to give 100% even when things get hard (I'm not sure if they can get harder than calculus tho...lol). Mr. Rankin's patience, happiness, and personality make Phys Ed even better! And Mr. Mauro's charisma makes writings for IB English a real pleasure. Last but not least! Mrs.Fagen's excellence when teaching us AP Bio makes me realize the importance of working with passion.

What do you like most about Shore Regional?  Shore Regional High School might be small when compared to other schools. However, it's big in many different ways! I like how Shore gives students the possibility to differentiate themselves. The many clubs, societies, community services, and extracurriculars distinguish Shore and make it an excellent high school. Here, every student has the opportunity to flourish.

Activities:  I am currently involved in activities outside of school like my social project "Good Choices"-- an initiative to help ELL/international students get more acquainted with the United State's educational system. I also volunteer at a church in Long Branch, helping with their events, Sunday school, fundraisers, and much more.

At Shore Regional, I am a member of the Student Council. I am Vice-President of the International Club. I am part of the National Honors; and a member of the French Club. All great activities to pursue at Shore.

Future Goals/Plans:   In ten years, I see myself doing the things that I love, reaching other nations and people in the process. I want my life to inspire others and help those who need it. Therefore, I see myself practicing medicine and sharing the love of God with those around me. I see myself working closely with different institutions to better education in Brazil and around the world. And I see myself with a family and a beautiful house.

Personal Quote:  "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are" (Theodore Roosevelt).
