Role Model: Although there are several people whom I tend to look up to in life, I would consider my mom to be my ultimate role model. She is one of the most hard working people I know. She has taught me that I am capable of anything I put my mind to, and that hard work and determination will never go unnoticed. Most importantly, she has taught me that the most vital thing in life is to find fun and enjoyment in everything I do. Above all, my mom is the strongest woman I know. Despite whatever obstacle it may be that she is confronted with, she always overcomes it with grace. I admire her for everything that she has done for me. Furthermore, I appreciate all of the support that she has provided me with for the past sixteen years, and for always being my biggest cheerleader. I aspire to be the woman (and supermom) that she is in the future.
Teacher with the most impact: I truly believe that every teacher I have had has impacted my life in some way, but the teachers who have had the most impact on me are Mrs. Encarnacion, Mrs. Secko, Mrs. Fagen, and Mr. Lawrence (Edwards). Each of them has influenced me in their own way. Mrs. Encarnacion, along with her class, is what sparked my appreciation for English sophomore year. She is one of the most kind-hearted people I know, who was always there to assist me when I needed it. Before I was lucky to have her as my English teacher, I struggled with finding the motivation for writing. With her guidance, I have become a better writer and I have found joy in it. She has also taught me the importance of helping others outside of the classroom.
Mrs. Secko has a way of teaching that makes me excited about school. Every single blue day I look forward to attend her class because I am eager to participate in her entertaining activities and learn valuable lessons from her. I am able to express myself through her writing assignments She was my seventh grade English teacher as well, and I consider myself lucky to be a student in her class again.
I owe my passion for science to Mrs. Fagen. I had her Freshman year for CP Biology, and immediately fell in love with the subject and the way she teaches. This lead me to my decision to take her AP Biology course this year, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She teaches with such enthusiasm, and I honestly believe she has influenced my plans to pursue health sciences in college.
Mr. Lawrence (Edwards) is the teacher who allows me to express myself through a particular form of art in which I love doing most- dance. Whether it is during my IB dance class or Shore Dance practice, he has expanded my knowledge of dance in many different ways, and I truly admire it. There is never a dull moment with him!
What do you like most about Shore Regional? The thing I like best about Shore Regional High School are the teachers. They are extremely accomodating and supportive. They truly have the students' best interests at heart, and are always available to help in any way they can. In addition, I admire how proud the students are of our school. Whether it be at large events such as football games and BOTC, or simple events like spirit days, the entire Shore Regional community is filled with pride.
Activities: I am currently enrolled in multiple AP and IB/Honors classes at Shore. I am involved in many extracurricular clubs, such as the Interact Service Club, S.A.W, the Surfrider Foundation Club, and Shore Dance (both fall and winter). I am also a member of Student Council, and am an Executive Board Member of the Conquer Cancer Club. Outside of school, I dance at Center Stage Dance and Theater School, and have been a part of their competitive dance team for the past eight years.
Future Goals/Plans: In ten years, I see myself as a college graduate, who is either a Physician's Assistant who specializes in Dermatology, or is attending Medical School to become a Dermatologist. I plan to be traveling around the world during my free time, visiting all of my dream destinations. I hope to be living my best life with a family of my own, at the Jersey Shore, with the job of my dreams.

Role Model: My biggest role models would have to be my parents. They have taught me to be honest, to work hard, and be true to myself even through adversity.
Teacher with the most impact: I think that all of my teachers have had an impact on me throughout my high school years. They've taught me how to think outside the box, keep an open mind, and that I should always push myself to be better.
What do you like most about Shore Regional? The thing that I like best about Shore Regional High School are the close, family like communities. No matter what you your interests are, there is a club, sport or class for you.
Activities: I take IB History with Mr. Osis, and I run Cross Country, Track and Field, and this year I'm doing Winter Track. I also volunteer at a soup kitchen in Asbury Park on Wednesdays.
