    Why do you wear your jersey number?

    I wear my jersey number because I received this number from Coach Kelly my sophomore year when she handed me my jersey. What is unique about my jersey number is that if you flip it around it resembles my twin sister's number, 13.

    What adjective best describes your work ethic?

    Dedicated.

    Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

    My favorite professional athlete is Katie Bam. Katie Bam is my favorite professional athlete as she is a hard worker on and off the field. She is a person who is willing and determined to help those that surround her. Everything that she does, she gives it her all.

    Who has been the most influential person in your life?

    The most influential person in my life is my older sister. I look up to her and she is my huge supporter. She has taught me life lessons and given me advice that I can learn from. I know that she is always there for me no matter what.

    It’s 2025. Where are you and what are you doing?

    I am in the United States, most likely somewhere warm. I will have a well paying job and continuing my field hockey career as a player or coach.

    What are you going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey?

    What I am going to miss the most about Shore Field Hockey is playing for this program. I will miss the traditions and life lessons that this program taught me through my high school career.

     Why do you wear your jersey number?

    As a freshman, I was last to pick my jersey number. Coach gave me the option between the last two smalls, 34 and 19. I chose 34 because I wanted something new and also I hate odd numbers.

    What adjective best describes your work ethic?

    Determined.

    Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

    My favorite athlete is Rafael Nadal. He is a professional tennis player. I admire him for many reasons but mainly for how he stays humble throughout all his victories and he never quits. I believe that is a trait all athletes should have. Also he is very superstitious, as am I.

    Who has been the most influential person in your life?

    My mom has been the most influential person in my life. She is always pushing me to be the best person and field hockey player I can be. My mom is also my biggest supporter and critic but she is the reason I am the field hockey player and person I am today.

    It’s 2025. Where are you and what are you doing?

    I will have graduated from playing division 1 field hockey at Fairfield University and I will be successfully working in the city at a fashion magazine.

    If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?  

    I would live in Hawaii because I love the beach and I love to adventure and do adventurous things. Hawaii is such a fascinating place and I would love to be able to live and explore the islands.

    What’s at the top of your bucket list?

    To travel the world.

    What are you going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey?

    I am going to miss all of the traditions. As a team we hold so many traditions and they are more than just traditions, they are legacies which we are a part of.

    What’s your proudest Shore Regional Field Hockey moment?

    My proudest moment in Shore Regional Field Hockey was winning the state championship last season when everyone doubted us. The feeling of winning that game was unlike any other and I will never forget it.

    What is the most important lesson you have learned from being a part of the Shore Regional Field Hockey Program?

    Shore Field Hockey has taught me many lessons but the most important one was that nothing in life comes easy, you must always work hard to achieve your goals. We are the team we are because we wake up at 6 a.m. to train in the summer, we practice 6 days a week, and we work harder than all the other teams. Shore Field Hockey taught me to work hard for what you want and the results will come.

    Why do you wear your jersey number?

    When I was a freshman, there was a senior who wore #20. She was such a role model to me and helped me so much with my transition into the program. She was always there to answer my questions and show me everything SRFH has to offer. I am extremely thankful to her.

    What adjective best describes your work ethic?

    Focused

    Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

    My favorite athlete is Katie Ledecky. This past summer, I made a point of watching all of her races in the Olympics. Her skill is completely beyond anyone else’s, yet she is so modest and focused. She never seems flustered and always races her heart out. Her races were so much fun to watch.

    Who has been the most influential person in your life?

    My mom

    If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?  

    London

    What’s at the top of your bucket list?

    Living abroad

    What are you going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey?

    I’m going to miss being apart of such a close, hard working group of girls. The relationships that I have with my teammates are like no other.  

    What is the most important lesson you have learned from being a part of the Shore Regional Field Hockey Program?

    The most important lesson I’ve learned is the importance of accountability. Being on a team means you need to have to get the habit of putting the team before yourself and holding yourself to a standard. I now know how to work under pressure when there are other people relying on me. I have learned to follow through on my commitments and  always work my hardest.

    I wear my jersey number because 22 has always been my favorite number.

    What adjective best describes your work ethic?

    Determined.

    Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

    Michael Phelps, because when I was younger I used to swim and always admired his competitive nature.

    Who has been the most influential person in your life?

    My mom.

    If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

    To go swimming with sea turtles.

    What are you going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey?

    I am going to miss being apart of such a close team. I will miss the bond that we all have and the determination that we all have in us to accomplish the same goal, none of us will ever give up until we get there because none of us will settle with anything other than our best.

    What’s your proudest Shore Regional Field Hockey moment?

    My proudest Shore Regional Field Hockey moment was the minute that we won states last year, it was a feeling that I will never forget.

    Why do you wear your jersey number?

    Number 8 is great!

    What adjective best describes your work ethic?

    I would describe my work ethic as hardworking.

    Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

    My favorite professional athlete is Michael Phelps. He has had to overcome a lot of adversity to become as successful as he is.

    Who has been the most influential person in your life?

    The most influential people in my life are my parents. They always encourage me to follow my dreams and are my biggest supporters.

    It’s 2025. Where are you and what are you doing?

    In 2025 I will hopefully be in medical school.

    If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?  

    If I could live anywhere in the world I would live in California.

    I have always wanted to Backpack through Europe.

    What are you going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey?

    The thing I am going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey is the players. Everyone always comes together and you know you can count on them on and off the field.

    Why do you wear your jersey number?

    #24 is my favorite number, but it was retired, so I chose #42, which was actually my dad’s old football number.

    What adjective best describes your work ethic?

    Disciplined

    Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

    Bethany Hamilton is my favorite professional athlete because of the love she has for her sport. She is the essence of doing what you love and not letting anything stop you.

    Who has been the most influential person in your life?

    My father would have to be the most influential person in my life because I am the definition of a “daddy’s girl”.  No matter what I have chosen to do, whether it is dance or sports, he has always supported me.

    It’s 2025. Where are you and what are you doing?

    I am preparing to graduate from Grad school with a Masters in genetics from a school in California.

    What are you going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey?

    The thing I am going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey is being part of a team that is so close, knowing that they will have always have my back is something that I will treasure forever.

    Shore Field Hockey has taught me to always be accountable. It is easy to make excuses, but in the end they do not help you.

    Why do you wear your jersey number?

    I wear my jersey number because it has been my number since my start on varsity my sophomore year. The number 13 has given me luck in every major game and important title that I have gone through as a shore regional field hockey player.

    What adjective best describes your work ethic?

    Driven.

    Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

    My favorite professional athlete is Michael Phelps. He is my favorite athlete because of his success throughout his athletic career.  He works hard to be the best he can be for his country and for himself.

    Who has been the most influential person in your life?

    The most influential person in my life is my dad.

    It’s 2025. Where are you and what are you doing?

    In 2025 I see myself finishing my education and becoming an elementary school teacher.

    If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?  

    I would live in Italy.

    The top of my bucket list is to see the Northern lights.

    What are you going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey?

    I’m going to miss being apart of a legacy that has been passed down through generations of outstanding athletes that knew the true meaning of SRFH traditions.

    What’s your proudest Shore Regional Field Hockey moment?

    My proudest Shore Regional Field hockey moment is playing and winning State titles back to back in 2014 and 2015. I will never forget the feeling I had both times when Coach Kelly held the trophy both years announcing we were ¨State Champions¨.

    For the year I was born - 1999

    Competitive

    Billie Jean King because she paved the way for women in sports.

    What are you going to miss most about Shore Field Hockey?

    SRFH pushes us every day and gives us a reason to work hard, but once you graduate it’s your responsibility to continue doing all the hard work, so I think that the competitiveness and drive of the team is what I’ll miss most.

    What is the most important lesson you have learned from being a part of the Shore Regional Field Hockey Program?

    Tradition never graduates.
