Jenna Wyatt - January 2012 SOTM Name:  Jenna Wyatt
    Grade:  11

Role Model:      A true role model is an individual who possess the qualities that we would like to have and/or someone who has affected us in a positive way. However, at the same time, nobody is perfect. Because of this, I cannot say that I have a specific role model, as there are many people that I genuinely admire and think the world of. I seem to be inspired everywhere I go, so some of my role models even roam the hallways of Shore Regional. Whether these people be my teachers, peers, or other adults in my life, one thing that they all have in common is they remain true to themselves and always strive make a difference.

Teacher(s) with the most impact:  In my experience at Shore Regional, I can honestly say that each and every one of my teachers have impacted me in some way. Some have taught me to keep a positive attitude and go with the flow, while others have taught me to always do my best. In addition to that some teachers have even turned subjects that I never enjoyed into amazing learning experiences. I feel that I have a unique relationship with each of my teachers, and know that they will always be there to guide me and my peers.
Here at Shore, I am the Design Editor of "The Beacon", Communications Liaison of SADD, and a member of both the Interact and FOR Club.
Future Goals/PlansMy goals include attending a four-year university on a pre-medical tract and then attending medical school. My ultimate dream is to be a doctor (preferably an oncologist or surgeon). I truly want to impact others and help make a difference in others' lives.
