    About Me

This year will be my 10th year teaching at Shore Regional High School.  My prior work experience was at Ocean Township High School, with both English Language Learners and students with special needs.  I am a graduate of Ocean Township High School in 2005, and attended Muhlenberg College.  At Muhlenberg College  I majored in History.  During my tenure at Muhlenberg College, I played basketball and spent a semester abroad in Limerick, Ireland.

To further my education, I attended two years at Monmouth University at night to earn my Masters in the Art of Teaching (M.A.T) and English as a Second Language certification.  After I received my M.A.T in the spring of 2011.  I was ecstatic to have an opportunity to come to the Shore Regional community, and begin my teaching career in the fall of 2011. I also recently completed my Masters in Educational Leadership at Montclair State University.

My mission as an educator is to provide students with a solid academic foundation and require my students to meet my high expectations while creating their own goals and expectations.  It is my personal goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, and intelligent teacher and make a positive contribution to the Shore Regional Community.
