To Our Stakeholders:
At the core of our administrators' philosophy is the concept that students come first and foremost. Even though the administration of Shore Regional High School District strives to serve all stakeholders (students, staff, Board of Education, and parents/community); we strive to put "students first". Students should be the primary recipients of our resources, and as such, any energy that pulls resources away from this primary focus of "students first" is contrary and detrimental to the core beliefs of this administration.
This administration values the student-teacher relationship; and as such, believes wholeheartedly that relationships form the foundation for learning and that no significant learning can take place without a significant relationship. This philosophy forms the basis of our foundation on educational leadership. It is relationships, not programs, that change students and make successful schools. A great program simply creates the environment for healthy inter-personal relationships to form between staff and students. Students of all ages thrive when adults care about them on a one-to-one level, and when they also have a sense of belonging to a caring community like ours.
Our vision for the District is to produce altruistic graduates (expected exit outcome) that are life-long learners. Equipped with unlimited capacity to compete in a superior manner in any challenge they undertake in any walk of life; utilizing learned 21st century college/career readiness skills, coping skills, and critical thinking skills. We intend to accomplish this mission by guaranteeing each an individual customized, all-inclusive learning experience that integrates the unique resources of our staff and community.
The Administration is excited about the opportunity to move the district forward.
