Our schools are a reflection of what is occurring in society today. Our environment is filled with potential anger triggers. The causes of anger are complex. Anger that is controlled can be expressed in a proper way and can serve a useful purpose.
This educationally based program is designed to identify the causes, and give parents and educators insight and strategies to help students develop self-control
Featured Speaker: Virginia Giamo MSW
Ms. Giamo is a Special Education teacher and Social Worker at Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School. In addition to her teaching duties, she leads an Anger Management group for students. Ms. Giamo has also facilitated a successful anger management program for at-risk students who were placed in an alternative educational setting.
